4:40 Gudbranson was soft on that play. He looked where to pass, then looked at the puck just as Cousins was right beside him. Maybe he thought he was bigger enough to take that hit so carelessly. Cousins could have slowed down, but Gudbranson turned his head last second.
Yeah, gudbranson will get a suspension. The hit was clean no intent to hurt but I can’t stop thinking how cousins turtles I just don’t like that don’t like a man that turtles. I did love how chucky and sam came right over. I just keep seeing cousins turtle. I just can’t get that out of my head now.
I was watching the feed that showed gudbranson milk the refs for the whistle then immediately get up. Disgusting, but u could tell right then it wasnt going to get better and he was gonna go after cousins the first shot he had
Why are the Leafs fans so obsessed with the Panthers? They're more upset than the fans of the team that the Panthers actually played.
Another part that's not being mentioned is the chirp part of it. Who knows what cousins said that could have escalated the situation after the hit. Or if gudbranson chirpped cousins to instigate the initial hit. But the cousins turtle move loses his cred as gritty into pussy pest mode. Cant go around smashing into any man and not expect a few of them to retaliate. Seen multiple feeds but we don't get to hear much of the chirping. Stolarz is fine,he's the back up. The defense is better so it makes both he and Bob look better. The vanilla offense is ok too. So long as the 5 on 5 and pk stay solid they will stay in the hunt for a top 3 slot come playoff time.
Wow, Winnipeg has passed the Stars and Avs. The Central and Metro divisions both look pitiful now, other than the Rangers.
I dont understand people criticizing Cousins when he was getting beat down. Guddy grabbed him, body slammed him, and started pounsing. What the hell was 21 gonna do? He wasn't going to get up and he couldnt respond being slammed to the ice. Next game in April we'll see if they line up. But last night nothing he could do but survive.

I like cousins, feel him and lomberg are the heart of the team out side the captains. We need a sniper, only have one guy and that’s Carter.

There’s a lot of mentally ill people out there regarding their opinion on Gudbranson vs Cousins. Say what you want about Cousins but the amount of support justifying Gudbranson and outraged that he even got penalized for what he did is concerning. People really hate us just to hate us, it’s twisted mindset that we’re living in peoples heads this badly.
