Everyone dumping blame on perron is a HYPOCRITE, Joseph started the entire scenario with a dangerous and illegal crosscheck to the back of larkins neck (indefensible) and kelly procedes to punch a falling larkin the face and then these whinos have the gull to dump on perron for doing less damage than Joseph
Only 1 game for Gudbranson is a gimme for getting boarded

Sounds like "Player Safety" is screwing things up just as badly as the refs. Games are literally to the point of being to frustrating to even watch.

Time for the Red Wings to start standing up for themselves. Red Wings fans can survive some lean times. If they are going to suspend players, the Wings might as well get their monies worth. Time for some old time hockey. In the spirit of Gordie Howe, we start taking it too these other teams. They want to play rough. The Wings play rough. The Detroit Red Wings vs, the NHL!
6 games sounds about right.. i get wanting to stand up for your teammate, but drop your gloves and fight like a man.. dont take a running start to cross check a random player in the face when he's not expecting it and had nothing to do with the play.
The suspensions are to short… Perron should have been suspended for 25-40 and Gudbranson should have been suspended for 10+ games.
Kelly and Joseph should have been given 3-5 games each with Perron getting 6 games. Both Kelly and Joseph hit Larkin in the head.
Seems a bit excessive in comparison to other suspensions, but I guess consistency is to much to ask for.
so perron retaliates against ottawa player, and he gets suspension. makes perfect sense. the nhl gets old. i dont watch or buy tickets, jerseys, or merch anymore.
So what happened to the mugger’s that took down Larkin?
