I won’t lie, Igor hasn’t been 100 percent. I think he might be playing a bit injured. Usually, when shesty lets a soft one in he shuts the door after that, but you have to admit, games that Igor has lost have been a total breakdown of defense. All the games we got destroyed this season have been the entire team just not playing well, so I can’t put it all on him.
Don’t know if Igor’s issues are more physical or mental, but team needs him to find his form if we want a long playoff run.
Imo Igor’s issues are all mental. He’s always been an amazing goaltender but he’s way too hard on himself.
And if he doesn’t have a mental coach he fucking needs one terribly bad.
Were in a position most teams dream of your back up is playing so well your starter can slump and you can get away with it . Igor is going through something no doubt , Quick is a blessing this season .
