  1. If Perron hit in the back or the chest with his stick, nothing probably would have happened possibly a minor for cross-checking. The head shot was the biggest issue

  2. So Josephine can crosscheck larkin the the back of the neck and not get any time off but perron who at least hit zub where he could see it gets 6 games. Hypocrisy at its finest

  3. Joseph has been a repeat offender for neck shots at Larkin. Zuuk was as you point out standing over an unconscious Larkin you have to expect a reaction poor sportsmanship on his part. Apparently if Peron knocked him out he would have not been suspended both were headshots

  4. It's just hockey and this $hit happens it's not that big of a deal. If you check some one dirty you pay the price one way or the other. The 1980's NHL saw this often and it was great entertainment when no one was seriously injured, but the players knew the enforcer on the team would take of you one way or the other sooner or later if you didn't respect the players. Every team usually had at least one good enforcer. Things have sure changed..

  5. Florida,Ottawa, and Boston, The 3 teams that intentionally try and injure players, and the nhl lets them get away with everything, and the nhl suspends the other teams for retaliation, Don cherry said it years ago. If you take out the enforcers you will have goofs trying too hurt , Dirty players, And how long before these goofs hurt Mcdavid, or matthews , Or. Berdard ,or any other star.

  6. I think that violance is never answer to anything. I also think that players in NHL use violance, because they not feel they get justice in other way. Referees should kick out players who do dirty hits and Parros/NHL safety department should give bigger punishments. If players can trust, that player who make dirty hit to head or try to injury someone, will get 10-40 game suspensions, they not turn to violance to revenge so often. I lol'ed so hard when Andersson got only 4 game suspencion on dirty hit to Laine, and then NHLPA appeal on that. Hit to heads can end careers and have lasting impact to players life. We lost too many Hockey players, because head injuries. I love hockey and NHL, hopefully in the future we take better care of our idols and heroes on ice.

  7. Parros is the major problem, he could never play hockey, was well educated ,not in hockey, and his head shot with Orr, he never recovered

  8. Grubsanson only got one game because Cousins should have had a major and game misconduct. Cousins will think twice next time, one of refs should be dealt with same way Cousins was
