What’s most impressive is his positional play. He’s no longer finding himself on the wrong side of the ice leaving opposing forwards wide open in the defensive zone.

Jokiharju is RFA this summer so now is the time to trade him to open up a full time spot for Ryan Johnson . Jokiharju is too SOFT . Trade him now and then trade for Chris Tanev in Calgary . He is a right shooting , stay at home D man who is tough and blocks shots . Perfect partner for Owen Power.

This is why I stopped listening to WGR a LOOOONG time ago. You have no clue WTF you are talking about. Just because a few analytics say he is playing good doesn't make it so. Case in point is the game that UPL was molested and Joker just stood there with his usual deer in the headlight look. I have season tickets and I know what I see. Jokiharju is s joke. He often gaffs with the puck in the defensive zone. In the last game he was in on both goals and the first goal he got caught out of position on the wrong side of the ice heck even peewees are taught not to bunch up but he did. This is why Granato might lose his job sooner that anyone expects. He said Bryson is like a sponge – hmmm funny how he hasn't played in over 20 games I guess Don figured it out.
Weak stick checks in front of the net result in goals far too often. Powers is being taught to play that style. Get rid of him asap
I saw him as a junior and I thought he had huge potential
