Connor Bedard mic’d up was, um…

Connor Bedard had an interesting mic’d up segment in this battle of the Connors as the Chicago Blackhawks visited the Edmonton Oilers and this video talks more about it. #hockey #nhl #connorbedard

  1. When you're taught how to handle yourself in public most of your life in a world looking to destroy anyone for saying anything slightly out of place, this is what you get.

  2. He is smart to not talk too much. People really hang on to every word a rookie says and especially in this case being already a star before even playing in the NHL.

  3. You should just pick an identity and stick with it, instead of changing the channel name every week to whatever funny nickname is trending, makes it annoying to find your videos sometimes and will probably help your channel grow and maintain a steady audience since the viewers will know who they’re watching. Just an opinion enjoying the vids

  4. He scored the first goal but was not a factor for the rest of the game. He will not reach McDavids career numbers without fixing that first.

  5. micing up a kid playing a team for the first time, not a great idea, whats he gonna say "hey nice to meet you guys" lol

  6. i dont really know what anyone was expecting. hes never really been this super talkative and crazy vocal player, and in his position, hes probably been told countless times to NOT say much – hes still a rookie and almost everyones eyes are on him, one wrong thing and suddenly everyones against him. hes smart for not saying too much. the kid's just here to play hockey, yall needa stop tryna fish for drama

  7. Give him three years to build up some hatred to other players and teams, let him form those rivalries, wait for his balls to drop and to have his first beer in Chicago. He'll them be dropping f-bombs and calling everyone a pigeon

  8. These prodigy types are pretty similar that way. Light on personality, heavy on the sociopathic obsession with their craft.

  9. media going nuts trying to make a massive story over nothing. he scored, took 1 second to shoot, has no teammates… no other goals by anyone else… team losing – so one would not expect bedard to be going wild all game… or even when he scored in a losing cause. not really fair to make a story of this or to expect him to be going wild for media to have a story.

  10. He also played in the WHL. I've always heard this stereotype that the WHL products have the on-ice personality of a brick wall. Real serious energy to them.
