What needs to happen but will never happen. Ownership needs to buy out Campbells contract, free up the cap space. Understandably NO OWNER wants to eat 22 million dollars, it also makes Holland look terrible.
Hyman, Elholm and Kane were good pick ups, Campbells is a disaster and I can't see how he can be salvaged. It really is too bad.
Pickard needs to stay end of story close the book on jack !
