Jones is a stanley CUP champ with a cup ring with LA and he carried the Sharks to the cup finals in 2016. He's a fantastic 3rd string goalie! What depth the leafs have!!!!

Knies set the tone of the game with his skills and toughness. This guy is future leader material.
Timmins looks like the new Gardiner, which is both good and bad some nice puck movement and adds some much needed offense to the blueline but man I've been impressed with Lagesson and Benoit, they look like the steadying presence this team has needed on the back end. I'll add McCabe in to that category as well because his return is a big reason the Defense has improved so much. All 3 are physical, responsible and able to clear out the front of the net it's not enough to have one token physical D you need 3 and we finally have 3. Also did anyone else notice that Penguins powerplay was classic Dubas Maple Leafs…all perimeter possession no danger. lol love seeing what a Dubas team looks like without 4 superstars who get better every year to bail him out, thanks Pittsburgh have fun going from bubble team to rebuild
