Jaws, you may be spot on with the point total predictions you made for this road trip if we win against the Flames on Monday. Would have loved seeing the Panthers put up more goals as a statement win to avenge the last two games. But hey, we swept the season series with the Oilers. Can’t remember when that happened last.
TWO POINTS!! This team stinks
On your point of them being sick, this is very strange. Last season, around the same time, they got sick, Knight got sick, and they played bad. Something about mid December must get them sick lol.
Every single division except the metro is extremely competitive right now and has at least 3 teams that have a strong chance to make it to the finals. This is pretty unusual isn't it? I think teams like the Kings, Jets, and Leafs will falloff in the playoffs, but they're looking strong right now. The Atlantic also has the Red Wings and Lightning that could go on a hot run if they aren't held down.
Holy crap, the panthers have a very hard 4 game block coming up after the Flames. The Knights and Rangers are the 2 top teams of course. The Blues are now undefeated with their new coach with Kyrou picking up on his scoring. The game vs the Lightning will be a great match up and very fun to watch.
The good news is that the Panthers have shown tonight that they're back on track.
