Fast’s lower hand throws his stick downward from an underhand grip, and he brings that hand back to the lower position on Romanov’s stick. He knew very well what he was doing.
It has been like this the whole series. Blind refs. NHL has to do sum about it. We are losing the series bc of none calls like this. Stop paying the refs carolina.

Imo, it's like those holding calls when one guy is staying down with a stick under him until he's ready to get up to not be undermanned for a few seconds.. it looks like an accident and both players was out of the play for the same period of time. Good no call.
