Thanks for making this. It's driving me nuts hearing Lions fans wanting to draft him, even as high as 18. Insane. He's super slow. Zero improvement over what we have. And at the next level, good Lord he will be burned by backs and tight ends. Totally overrated.

Thanks for this. I looked at him awhile back and didn’t think he had it. After the Lions got him went back and looked again. Opinion didn’t change.
The only reason I can see them taking him where they did is I think they believe they can fix those problems. For a guy that big, he doesn’t use his hands and can’t use his power to shed. I hope Brad knows what he’s doing.
I mean the Corum plays… He was one of the best players in college football last year before he got hurt. Everybody was missing tackles on him.

nice recap. if we didnt take branch i would be concerned, but i think the two of them compliment each other very well. i expect in a few years branch will be in an ed reed type role, and guys like jack campbell will get behind that with conviction.

Thanks for pointing out some of the red flags. I have had Campbell on my radar for the past two years, and while I like him, he wasn't in my top 5. I would have been ok taking him on day three. Campbells tape does not seem at all to reflect his RAS, as I always felt he had the kind of stiffness that doesnt wrok in the NFL.. I sure hope Holmes and his crew know something we dont.
My to 5 were:
1. Drew Sanders
2. Daiyan Henley
3. Trenton Simpson
4. DeMarvion Overshown
5. Noah Sewell
Sanders is the only one I would have gambled on in rd 1, but felt he would be there in 2, and would have been happy with Henley or Simspon in 2. I would have taken DO in 3, and Sewell in late 3 or that 4th we picked up.
Bro his read on the first play was to not move before the ball is handed off and you can see once the ball is handed off he moves
6:57 with what your saying is probably why they are not allowing him to play with the #1 defense. Like you said it can be coached out of him. Great job Luke.
