I’m not one to blame the refs when we lose a game, but the league needs to launch an investigation after the way they called this game

~~Edit: Isn’t Chris Rooney the ref who gave Moose the BS kneeing major in the playoffs last year?~~

Chris Rooney didn’t call the penalty on Moose during the playoff game. Thanks for the correction /u/thePETEY12

I’m almost positive that would have been a goalie goal if it wasn’t for Boldy.. thank god that didn’t happen

  3. omahawizard

It was a game on December 18th that much we know is true.

  4. Another great example of game management shenanigans and Goose continuing to be a massive fucking liability.. fucking lame ass loss

  5. Goligoski is who we thought he was: absolute gutter trash.

  6. MNGopherfan

Monumentally terrible officiating loses yet about Minnesota Wild game.

  7. echelon999

That game was basically a National Geographic of zebras blowing penguins. Also Goose fucking sucks.

  8. letoiledunordstars

It’s annoying to lose after coming back from down 3 but I don’t think they played that bad. The effort was mostly there. Reffing was questionable but our power play isn’t doing us any favors when we do get them

It’s okay. I’m more used to this sad feeling anyways.

Congrats to the refs. But in all seriousness even though this game had some awful spots, it seems like Fabes played his ass off.

  11. MistahFinch

Played well. Kaprizov looked great. Boldly looked great.

Not much you can do when the refs think everything is interference.

  12. Malcom_Ecstacy

They battled back at least. And I’m not saying some of those calls weren’t complete bullshit(some were) but we took some braindead penalties in that game as usual and that cost us that game.

Zucc, brodin and Spurgeon out. Merill and goligoski complete trash. Honestly could have been a lot worse lol

  13. fastal_12147

Classic Wild gameplan: keep taking penalties until you lose.

  14. Honestly all things considered that game was so close to what this team is capable of. The grind was there. Kap looked normal. Boldy looked great. Faber was incredible.

We are on the way up.

I wish somebody in the organization would stand up to the league on how the refs treat Hartman. I get he’s a stooge and that he plays on the edge, but it continuously feels to me like they’re targeting him. Lot of far dirtier players in the league (Wilson, Benn, Marchand) that get away with a lot worse things on a regular basis. I understand wanting to keep him in check, but calls like tonight’s just drive me crazy to no end. It’s clear what they’re doing and it’s totally unfair.

Will one of you technologically inclined people please upload the whole Hartman “interference” call? I need to see what people have to say about that.. that might have been the most blatant game management fuckery I’ve seen in a very long time..
