  1. This conversation has to revolve around the lack of injuries and Demko/DeSmith. The goalies have kept the Canucks in game so many times when they have been outplayed and often out shot 10-0 in the first 10 mins. Then by the midpoint of the 1st period the Canucks rebalance the flow of play and eventually win by virtue of goal scoring. Its not a good formula though and they really need to start better OR ELSE they will eventually falter and go on a losing streak

  2. You had four core guys. Could fit three under the cap.

Two are going to be Hughes and Petey. Choose between Miller and Horvat, they choose well.

  3. Shannon says the ‘…return for Horvat has not worked out perfectly for the Canucks.’

Beauvillier they had to take in the deal and they’ve since moved him and his cap hit. Raty is a developing prospect in Abbotsford who appears to be on schedule. The first round pick turned into Hronek and no one is complaining about his impact on the team this year.

I don’t see a problem with the return.

  4. Ok guy’s love yr content,I have a question for uall,if the NHL wants to build the game worldwide, why don’t they put more games on ESPN so the rest of the world can watch a truly amazing sport, here in New Zealand we are lucky to get one or two live broadcasts a week on ESPN,all we can watch is highlights of all the games, they go on about growing the sport but then shoot themselves in the foot with there coverage outside USA/Canada,your thoughts please,an avid fan and watcher in New Zealand, yous truly Murray.
