  1. Should have added more in the offseason, needed upgrades on defense and knew jack quinn was going to be out half the season. Two 3rd pairing defenseman, no forward upgrades, no goalies. Had the cap space but wasted it

  2. Rob Ray has been saying all season "no one's going to the net" and he's right. They need someone in front of the net all the time, and the others need to be shooting. They need to get ugly. They're too focused on making it pretty, and even the worst team in the league has their number. They failed to grab a reliable seasoned goaltender and D man. They're not tough enough.

  3. Put Cozens as C1. Mix it up. Everyone gave Tage too much cred for 1 good year. I wouldn't blame anyone, but I see such a mixed bag of effort. Thompson and Tuch aren't always pushing as hard as they could. Learn how to hit a mf

  4. It ALWAYS falls on the Authority. In this case Terry Pegula; they don't have a President of Hockey Operations. He's the guy who selected Adams for GM (he's the guy who made the call on Tim Murray!!!!!). Like ANY business, show me the business plan for this and the next 2 years. Measureable and quantifiable objectives nedd to be stated and if they aren't met, someone needs to lose their job(s). GMs around the League get a free ride firing coach after coach (and their assistants)…but THEY are the Architects. There needs to be a President of Hockey Operations and he shouldn't be the Owner, nor should he be GM. I'm sure Pegula knows how to ru a business successfuly, set realistic/doable milestones and move those who fail…out.
