[Pronman] Team USA’s opening lineup for the WJC pre-tournament — Nazar is 2C while Moore and Hayes slot in on the 4th line, taking both wings.

Rinzel seems to be on the outside looking in for now. I’ll be curious to see if all three forwards stick in the lineup once the real tournament gets rolling!

Pre-Tournament game for Team USA is today at 11am CT.

Good deal. Wasn’t sure if Moore would be in or not. Definitely going to have to catch some of these games. Maybe I’ll check out future Blackhawks Celebrini too 😁

Was confused for a second thinking they were running 4 D pairings…

  3. I kind of wish we went with Perrault over Moore in the draft. I know Davidson loves the speed but Perrault has such a high level of hockey IQ and playmaking ability.

  4. I guarantee Hayes will move up the line up. The man is so underrated as both a puck stealer and goal scorer. Moore may not because historically on those WJC teams they stick to higher rated players on the higher lines.

  5. Game Updates:

[Moore was moved up to USA’s 1st line with Gauthier and Snuggerud](https://twitter.com/BHolmes_Hockey/status/1737897608260059395)

[Shortly after, it sounds like Moore was involved in USA’s 1st goal, maybe he didn’t get a point but at least created some chaos that lead to it](https://twitter.com/chrismpeters/status/1737895468888113326)

    – Good signs early for Moore, his versatility should help him remain in the lineup for the real tournament – especially if he can get some chemistry rolling with these top dogs.

[Nazar obliterates Noren, who gets off the ice himself but heads to the lockerroom](https://twitter.com/BHolmes_Hockey/status/1737898564859133973)

    – Crushing hit. Frank doesn’t jump into the hit or anything but he definitely catches Noren up high.. looks mostly from poor timing with Noren leaning over into his pass but still a rough look either way. Hopefully Noren is alright!
