One of the underrated qualities of Slaf is that you can tell who he is in clips of this quality simply by looking for the largest grouping of pixels moving about. Very convenient!

Every game he looks better, a well deserved 2 pt night

Pretty sure Chadkovsky scored that by redirecting it with his dick. The ultimate Chad goal! What a stud

Goalies have no defense against players banking it off the ~~backboard~~ Slafkovsky

deviated by the zizi for goal

He is so good along the boards, he’s strong and fast for his weight, but also quick with his stick to take pucks. But on top of that he has enough awareness and anticipation to scan the ice while protecting the puck and then making plays. And that’s at 19 years old.

With his 2 point tonight he equals what he made last year in 7 games less.

Really solid effort by the entire team, lots to like and little to dislike. Great to see the first line getting better, game after game.
Now one more and then a well deserved break.

Once Slaf is finished marinating – let’s say 2025 or so – who will be his most direct comparable at that point?
jahowl
He’s learning to use that big moving body. That’s why we love him.
