Lennon's win brought me immense satisfaction. Abhorrent crowd.
Bates gave it absolutely everything in that match, fair credit to him, but just couldn’t keep his composure there, hence giving Lennon a chance to really come back into the game and win the match… and that’s been the story for many of these matches in this year’s World Championship where a player takes a 2-0 set lead and somehow let’s their opponents come back spectacularly to win matches…
