won't his leg pops up as he leans towards the left to keep his skate on the post, the place the leg is is a very very wide butterfly flair, I agree with you but I feel there's more on into it, also he's keeping his balance in that extreme position, but I been stuck in a similar position and falling forward or backwards is the only way to get out…well at least for me, I'm probably not as strong in my hip adductors.
