  1. As a Seattle fan I’m starting to feel some hope again. Before the Florida game it felt like we were 1 loss from the season being over, but 3 wins and 2OTL vs LA and Dallas have me feeling like there’s a chance. Beat Anaheim on Saturday and I’ll have some very quiet optimism going forward

  2. Thanks for rockin' the jets jersey hockey guy! That group of fellas just do not get enough recognition. Compared to last year they are playing their hearts out and with Vilardi, Iafallo, Neidereiter, Namestnikov — and hopefuly Kupari and Heinola back from injury soon they are a much deeper and more talented team.

Last year this time I watched them win their way to very briefly lead the central but most those wins I thought "They got lucky," or "They stole that one," this year they are a completely different animal and winning games the right way and earning every inch of the ice.

  3. Hot Take: if Ovi wakes up, the East Playoffs stay the same and only the seeding will change. Meaning Shannons SCF Favorite from the East in the Devils misses, Vasi and the lightning miss, etc. but out west i have a feeling that arizona makes it and ends up having a Florida type run. Yes they're nowhere near as deep as Florida but there's been nights where they've played good teams and have kinda just chokeholded them

  4. Who do you cheer for when 2 of your 3 favourite teams play each other? Eg. Canucks vs Stars today? OT/SO win for either team? 😉

  5. We pay over $300 US dollars to Comcast. Despite this we cannot watch the Sharks on espn plus . We pay for a hockey package. This does not include espn plus

  6. The pacific is going to be a lot more crazy this year than last year. Even when Edmonton was storming up the boards in the last half of the season, i just had that feeling it wouldn’t amount to much (and it didn’t). Vegas has looked better this year, but Vancouver has been looking unbelievably good and after tonight with VC leading the division on goal difference, and LA having a million games in hand, there’s a lot more questions about the pacific this year than last year. It‘s entertaining though as the top of the division feels a lot stronger than last year. While I hope my knights will finish in the top spot, this is going to be a wild road to the finish this year. Not to even mention the Central atm… even though the west is arguably “worse” than the east and more top heavy, that shouldn’t discredit the amount of drama we may end up seeing to decide playoff seeding this year in the west. I think all across the board, west and east, there’s a lot more question marks in every division than last year, which as a fan of the sport in general, I enjoy. Should be fun!

  7. Great video, merry christmas and happy holidays to you and the mrs. Your videos are always quality and the work you put on is unmatched! ❤

  8. there is a not-insignificant chance the Islanders somehow finish with both over 100 points and more losses than wins, and I think that's beautiful

  9. Any guess when the Coytes will finish their rebuild? I'm guessing it's later than sooner. I do like their effort, but this team still has it's issues.

  10. The idea of Wings fans being antsy is crazy to me. If the Sabres had any of the success they had in the last decade and a half people would be drooling in Buffalo

  11. The big difference for Winnipeg is that at this point last year they had already started skidding and then totally fell apart in January.
This season, the Jets are on the rise. So, while similar points wise, the trajectory is completely different.

  12. Its interesting, years like last year where the positions are quite fixed, you have days where you can clearly pick a game and they THAT is the best game of the night, lets watch that one, but now this year everything is so open and thats fun standings watching wise, but then you have 10 games on and you dont know which one to pick xD. Just an odd perspective…
