I was cautiously optimistic when he signed here, but holy hell, he’s been our best guy a lot of nights. Tonight he put on a clinic. Really hoping they keep the new line together.

To any fan that had doubt there were really only 2 scenarios the hip surgery failed and he plays 5-10 games and retires.
Or he hasn’t skipped a beat.
Kanes never been guy who has relied on speed more his quick decision making and ability to read the play. He’s also never really had to many hits taken so the new type of surgery he got obviously worked.
