  1. 0:40 – wait, wut? #receipts ?

who don't like it. ppl didn't like the rumoured contract. the real one is legit seriously good value

in what world is Meyers, as a UFA in 2019, only 5.9m or less?! 🤣

he probably had numerous 6-ish AAV offers, just varying tenure — he probably choose on length and future team potential — but the AAV was gonna be 6-ish million, at least 3-5 years, no matter what

  2. Petty Hughes boes horvat and demko. Canucks are heading in the right direction. We can even trade dipietro for more assets since demko and marky are great

  3. Winnipeg should have won a couple of cups with Myers and Trouba ,but they both had less than average playoffs last year and the year before.Trouba wanted out and Winnipeg has some great draft picks ready  to go.

  4. The Canucks are playoff contenders 2019-2020!
I love this signing but I actually like jordie Benn more but it’s crazy

  5. That's sick as hell myers Is a tough guy so thank God for canucks past trophies money's they had it hasn't been that bad really.

  6. A lot of canucks actually don’t mind this signing, we got an upgrade to our back end, can’t be worse then the loui contract

  7. The Myers deal is fine. It's the Jordie Benn deal that essentially makes it 8 mil per season for Myers the first two years, because Benn is awful. That's the deal that kills the team, not Myers. That extra 2 mil is the difference between signing another 3 mil player (aka, replacement level in free agency), or a 5 mil player (aka, a top 6 forward like Ryan Dzingel). That Benn deal is the real error.

  8. Your not wrong this time Mr. Sto Dangles! Look forward to having these guys on the team. Addition by subtraction with some of the last Dmen,

  9. The Canucks are ready to be a competitive team next year. No more bottom feeding. They’ll fight for a wild card playoff spot.

  10. Some may say Tyler Myers should have got $4.5 million per year instead of $6million per year. The truth of the matter is supply and demand economics. There are quite a few more above average forwards in the NHL than D men with size and smarts that have proficiency in defending in their own zone as well as making plays to create scoring chances for their team in the O zone.

  11. Love how Canucks fans be salty about these signings… I mean come on people we need big fast moving bodies.. Canucks didn't have anything for value in the TD so they had to give up a first for a first. Signing Myers gives a solid structure to a now strong d core.. yet Canucks fans like to complain for complaining Sake… Oh well GO CANUCKS GOO!!
