Arturri Lehkonen’s dad recently published a critical article about Mikko Rantanen’s performance so far this year, especially about his preparation this summer. And man did Rantanen respond with an incredible performance in the game between the Colorado Avalanche and Calgary Flames.
Do you think this creates any awkwardness or rifts between the two teammates?! This is a bizarre scenario to be honest, so I’d love to know what you think comes of it!

Finns have specialized publicly and privately to voice their disagreements. This is very typical for Finns to avoid small talk, that usually goes akward. 🙂
Hands down my favorite YouTuber rn because he knows everything in the NHL
So, as a Finn, I was like "oh he was busy crossdressing? Must have been a good summer with a lot of alcohol".
But the mistranslation also makes sense :p
Solid vid, hope you keep growing!
Ismo is an expert here in Finnish NHL broadcasts and sure knows a lot about hockey and training.. Many Finnish top players still does their summer training on ice with ismo. Artturi also wasn't an teenage miracle by any means, and became an NHL player by hard(/insane) training.
Ismo has been saying this same thing about Patrik Laine for a longer time; He does everything else on summers but train properly.
.. I don't know why this jab on Mikko though.. He has always had a good work ethic.
Anyone else wanna question the cross dresser? Didn’t think so!
