Points percentage since Knoblauch took over puts Edmonton over the wild card teams.
They need to win at least 2/3. I hope they win all 3, but I'd be fine losing to a really good LA team, as long as they beat the obvious garbos in SJ and Anaheim.
LA is going to be a good test. A high chance of meeting them in round one or two of the playoffs again. The boys better be fired up

What Connor did against the Devils when he desecrated his stick, ended his Season, he became the Nail that sticks up the most, and he will now be hit long before the rest of the Nails….no Playoffs now because the Good Lady Karma does not smile upon such actions…..7 Game losing streaks to a basic N-Zone Trap with an aggressive extended forecheck will be the torpedoes that end the Season. Skinner the Prince Ruperts Drop cannot protect the top half of his Glove side because Schwartz has him glue his wings down…..lol…lol…and it also constantly leaves his Stick-side wide open post-in. Hope Campbell is ready soon or its all over. Only a hot streaking Goalie can save the Oilers Season.
They really can't afford any more losing skids. I'm not saying they have to go undefeated through the rest of the season but 4-5 game losing streaks can't happen anymore.
If they really want it, they will find a way to win regardless of the defense, goalies or lack of scoring. They can't take any zero point stretches.
