NJ Devils With A Season Changing Win after Hughes & Meier Scored to Beat Blue Jackets? Trade Coming?

The New Jersey Devils Win over the Columbus Blue Jackets was one that will be remembered. The NJ Devils after a Jonas Siegenthaler costly giveaway almost cost us the game. After the blue jackets scored with about 4 minutes to go in the game, Devils Defenseman scores a highlight reel goal where he took the puck coast to coast and scored with just about a minute left to tie the game. In Overtime, Timo Meier on a breakaway scored to win the game for the Devils and continue to stay hot with his 4th goal in the last 3 games.
This is possibly A Season Changing Win for the Devils as they came back 3 times in this game to get the extra point in this game. Another thing of interest was Goaltender Nico Daws was called up to the NJ Devils. With this & what Lindy Ruff said could there be a Trade Coming? Tom Fitzgerald might have a move made and might be announced once the roster freeze is lifted.

  1. YES! Vibes are very groovy baby 🎉 Can't believe Luke's magical rush, it was so nice 😅 Timo is pistol hot 💥 Definitely great things achieved in this one, gotta stay hot in Ottawa and Boston 😊 LFGD ❤

  2. Definitely need stronger goaltending, but also stronger D. Bad coverage on ga #1 and Jonas's flubbed pass on #3 were avoidable mistakes. V had a decent game. Not great, but made some good saves and gave them a chance to win. Happy they got the W, it wasn't pretty, but style points don't matter in their position rn. We'll see if a trade goes down or not, I'm glad Daws got a call-up regardless.
