Although I'm happy we beat Columbus, I'm not phased by that win. We played like garbage for 50 minutes basically getting shut down by Columbus. This team should be wiping the floor with teams like Columbus, sometimes crappy teams like the ducks or sharks can occasionally make an upset which happens, but this is becoming a common occurrence for this team.
I understand the moves Fitz made letting severson and graves walk, but we definitely took a step back from last season because of it. Losing Dougie doesn't help either.
I think we are fighting against time when it comes to the playoffs if we don't make any roster moves. We have to hope our young D core can develop fast enough before there is separation in the Metro. If the Metro starts separating then I am not sure we make the playoffs.
