Arber Xhekaj had a couple solid hits and Jakub Dobes was not very happy getting bumped not once but twice in the game. Things almost got out of hand after the empty net goal before the refs could get things cooled off. Laval just started it’s first 3 games in 3 days but are finally getting some bodies back healthy and into the lineup.
Dobes – stopped 22 of 25
Heineman – 1 goal, 3 shots, -1
Farrell – 1 assist, 3 shots, -1
Xhekaj – 1 assist, 2 shots, -1
Heineman Goal – 5:37
Xhekaj Big Hit – 1:16

Congrats Montreal
You draft small players that can't score, and tame Arber to play with no bite, against useless players like Imama.
After that 3rd goal, I though the Rocket had Jake Allen in nets.
Also, first time I ever saw a slo-mo done with slo-audio, too. Funny a shell!
So…where exactly did Xhekaj "throw his weight around? Aside from a little dust-up in the 3rd, there was nothing.
Obviously people don't know what throwing your weight around is. He had about 5 hits in the clip. Roy is hanging around the outside way too much. He needs to get inside to get better chances. He won't be scoring where he's playing and he will be easy to contain there.
72 is a prime example of Montreal's ability to mismanage a players development. You have 2 blue chip D-men in 24 and 72 stuck on a horrible Laval team with zero talent up front and lousy coaching moves. How is this benefitting both those young players? The word trade must be used by 72 every day!! And he probably wonders when!!!
