For as much taunting as Ovi and Kuzy did this game I wanted nothing more than for Askarov to shut their sorry asses out in the sootout. Was not disappointed.

So happy we finally won! The hockey Gods were definitely on our side, but we needed that. Hopefully we start to pick up the slack at home and we string some wins together. Also, maybe a way too premature statement here, but I think we should keep both Asky and Juice for the long and foreseeable future. We’d arguably have the best goalie tandem in the league.
I cannot believe we went from losing in the last minute again to surviving a full OT with a PK to start to an Askarov double save in the shootout. What an insane finish
That Nyquist shot was beautiful. He held it so god damn long but the release was lightning fast.
Downvote me now for rage changing the channel when Ovi scored on the delayed. I thought we lost.
And ROR has been a god damn dream signing. Dudes been an absolute unit.
This game could very well go down as the game that truly kicked Askarov into gear. Or saying this could age poorly. But it sure does look to have all those ~intangibles on top of a phenomenal performance.
People are spamming and talking about the GTI but not talking about Nyquist clearing the puck to the corner.
