It always feels great beating the bolts, better than a lot of other teams
the Rangers tonight shot…. LIGHTNING BOLTS FROM THEIR FINGER TIPS!!!!!!!!!!!
My only complaint was msg cutting away before the Kreider zib hug.
Trocheck is really on one right now. Long may it continue
Trouba is a shot blocking machine , troch is an absolute pest , bread is a wrist shot maniac, and shesty got his swagggga alllllll the way back!
Aw they cut away before the goalie hug wtf is msg doing???
Does Artemi Panarin or the New York Rangers finish the season with more points?
Please god just nobody get hurt
“Artemi Panarin will be a New York Islander”
HA FUCKING HA
Frame that tweet in the Garden
Bread absolutely toasted two hall of famers on his second goal then stood up for his teammate and put some cretin in a headlock on his very next shift. MVP masterclass by Hartemi
CUE HOMESTAR’S BREAD SINGALONGS
Happy New Year fam. In a year of trash NY sports, im grateful for the NYR
We were one more season with GG away from ruining Laffy. Scary thought.
Not the Vasilevskiy I remember. Not the Tampa I remember. These two teams have gone in opposite directions since that ECF series.
Petition for MSG to start selling Bread pillows. They’ll sell like hot cakes!!
Will Tuesday be Aho Revenge Night? How badly?
Tampa looked eager to start their NYE festivities. Drop the ball tomorrow and in NYC, not tonight on the ice hahaha
Fantastic surprise to see us win a challenge
Two centermen on the ice for d-zone draws. An actual defensive game plan throughout. Building a checking line to matchup against opponent top lines.
It’s not always pretty and I expect tougher tests and more uneven results in the 2nd half, but to me this coaching staff deserves an A+ for what they’ve accomplished this calendar year.
Great win tonight. Panarin and Trocheck were absolutely unplayable standouts. Happy new year folks!
A beautiful game at MSG South! Good win Rangers

It’s what you want.
I’m in the Rangers bed with a hat on eating chocolate, but no bread 🍞
ON SIGHT FOR AHOLE
FIRST TEAM TO 50
LGR FOREVER
Papa John’s in the Tampa area gives half-price pizza the day after a Lightning win. I’ve never been so happy to have to get lunch somewhere else tomorrow. They can beat Montreal tomorrow night for all I care.
Great game Rangers. Happy birthday Shesty.
I’ll wish you all a Happy New Year, but it won’t be maximum happiness until around mid-June.
SOMEONE FEED ME A BREAD HAT, STAT!
Beating Tampa is always so satisfying. I don’t consider them a rival, nor do I ever even really think about them but I fucking hate their bitchy entitled fans. Good win tonight
Tampa. Great hockey town.
Put us back at 1 shannon!

Lol tampa folk complaining about ranger fans there. I’ll say this like i say for devils, flyers and hurricanes folks….
Just buy your own tickets and maybe that wont happen? Have you tried that?
Hey guys, I’m a Lightning fan first but the Rangers are my second favorite team. Tough loss tonight, but y’all played great. GGs
and Igor is so back
Great bounce back game. Panarin is other worldly. Tros game is so good. Overall play was so much tighter.
We can beat anyone but man we need to figure out some of our weak spots if we want to win a cup. We’re playing well despite some rough spots on the roster. Wheeler continues to torpedo his line with turnovers. He can’t even dump the puck in. Pitlick, Bonino, Goodrow are just rough rough. Turnovers and possession tanking all over the ice.
Wheeler has been quietly improving but I’d still like a legit RW who can score regularly with Mika and Kreider. Move Wheeler down with Cuylle and Bonino. If Chytil does not come back then we need a 3C also.
Panarin has scored 6 goals ever since I bought my kid a Panarin jersey at the game a week ago. Coincidence?
AAAHHHHH DUNK ON THESE FUCKIN BOLTS!!
That was just about the most perfect comeback game you could’ve asked for. Hartemi Panarin, making it look easy with the 6th career hatty, the return of defensive play, and Igor just…*chef’s kiss*
Just the best way to end the year we could’ve asked for. Happy Birthday Shesty! And Happy New Year! See you fine people in 2024!
Not sure who sits if and when everyone is healthy, but I think it would be a mistake to remove Tyler Pitlick. His speed and size are a huge reason that line spends so much time in the offensive zone.
Haven’t seen too many give this guy credit…he’s been an excellent addition who quietly does his job every single game.

Seems like they took the loss last night personally lol
Igor must always play on his birthday for the rest of his career, he has found his game. The Bread/Tro/Laffy line is otherworldly and the first line with Mika/Wheels/Kreids are starting to find their game 5v5.
Bring on 2024, the best team in hockey is ready
Promote that line to the 1st line. They’ve earned it.
I feel like it’s worth reminding… when you sign UFA Panarin to a 7 year deal, you’re not imagining he’s a god damned hart candidate in year 5.
Possibly the best UFA signing the franchise has ever made.
So tampa can slash veseys stick and 3 players can jump him and do whatever they want and no call but Schneider gives a little punch and kucherovs gives an Emmy worthy performance trying to conjure up some blood and tampa gets a power play. All the missed calls against tampa and all the bullshit called against the rangers is why this fuckin league is transparently a clown show year after year.
Was at the game tonight…my first live NHL game! Great arena and atmosphere, absolutely surrounded by Rangers fans. We were definitely feeling the love tonight, and Igor was stunning to watch in person.
Talk about a response. On a night where the Rangers made Tampa, truly Rangers South. While Tampa, will always remain $18 Million over the cap. On this episode of Rangers Hockey: *Thunder and Lighting aren’t so frightening.* But tonight, was a true team effort. And now, my effort known as a review. the last one of the 2023 calendar year.
1st Period: The start was absolutely perfect. Lift off within minutes. Bread Revenge Tour went south. What a shot, and what pass from Troch. Minutes later, Trocho Cinco got one, from the dirty area and the same spot where misster Ryan Strome missed from against the same team. Lav made a good call on taking down the lightning goal. Penalty kill was excellent here. Loved the play in this period
2nd Period: Almost a period that was perfect period. Defensively I mean, besides the weak ass penalty call on Schnider that made roid rager Kucherov act like a wuss was called. Which led to a goal. But, the Rangers responded with the largest Horse Meat in the League. Chirstopher James Kreider silenced the “tampa crowd”
3rd Period: The Rangers took full control. 1-3-1 defense was in action. Igor was having a great birthday. Bread got two goals to complete the hat trick, He got one on the Power Play (im not saying it). and the rangers closed it out
Overall, this was a great game to close out the calendar year. W/o Bread, this team goes nowhere. Unbelieveable performance by him and that line. Troch 4pts, Laf looked great. Great PK, and an overall great performance. Rangers Win! That is all! Onto the Canes
Rangers Oppie checked in: He said “F the Bolts. Happy New Year” “Take in the sheets. 2 points in the bag.”
Onto the Canes
God Save the King. Back afta dis
