Extremely frustrating game. Slovakia weren’t the worse team in the first 38 minutes, trailing 2-3 and outshooting USA 32-22. Had to put in incredible effort to score that one goal, and then it all fell apart and we conceded 7 goals from the last 22 shots. Just like that. Brutal defense, brutal goaltending, offense mostly ineffective or successfully eliminated. Just a terrible game. Need to forget that one and get ready for the Finns (or Germans, but that’s not very likely)
