I’d rather be impoverished and have my kids flipping burgers than to be born in Minnesota (or have gone to school in MN), play hockey, be great enough to make it to the NHL, and NOT play for Minnesota. Minnesota needs to stop outsourcing our beautiful children to NHL teams that play against us. If every Minnesotan in the NHL had to play for Minnesota, we would win a Cup immediately. This league can’t function without Minnesotans. They should all be forced to come home to play until we have a Cup.
