   no, its a pregame / warmup jersey that they’d wear out, then auction off for fundraising.

   There are St. Patrick’s Day jerseys for sale and they are all blank. This looks like someone got it personalized with Mike Green on it. Or as u/hustlebird stated it could be from a warm-up jersey auction.
