Wait, how did you get a Stadium Club card out of a sealed box of Pro Sets?
I loved that series of Pro Sets, it had everything. Every player imaginable, including one game wonders and some alumni. The refs, the coaches, the logos, the trophies, the puck, the cup… Made every pack something special. And it also became fodder for schoolyard rumors, you know. Like that the Sharks logo could be found in the set, it was bullshit of course.
Sweet memories for me right here.

That was around the year I stopped collecting. Those Pro Set cards were ugly as hell. And then there was the explosion of competing companies that turned card collecting into an expensive slog where it had previously been a fun teenage quest.
