2023-24 Fantasy Hockey – Week 12 – More Weekend Adds (Max)

2023-24 Fantasy Hockey – Week 12 – More Weekend Adds (Max)

Hey guys welcome to Fantasy tip Max with you for the last weekend ads video of 2023 I hope you guys had a merry Christmas and I hope you enjoyed your little break from fantasy that we got but now it’s time to get back to business and start the new year on the

Right foot without further Ado I’ll jump right into it with we have a heavy schedule this weekend where we have nine games on Friday nine games on Saturday and nine games on Sunday quite an orthodox for the Friday and Saturday segment we have eight teams we have the Columbus Blue Jackets the Florida

Panthers the Nashville Predators the New Jersey Devils the New York Rangers the St Louis Blues the Toronto Maple leaes and the Washington Capitals speaking of the capitals we have Dylan stro at Numero Uno with five goals four assists 9 point points in the last nine games Topline minutes top power play time in

Washington with oetkin very good pick at number two Robert Thomas who’s been really good lately he’s got 14 points in the last 10 games his linemate pavl Bish has been hot as well he’s got two goals three assists in the last two games only at number four Johnny godo is it time to

Finally Buy Low on go R longterm I don’t think so but he does look amazing as a short-term streamer for this weekend he’s got two goals five assists seven points in the last five games right a hot streak okay I know he’s not on the list because while

Making the list and producing this video I went over him thinking that he was well beyond 70% rostered but Ryan O’Reilly is 59% rostered jokes on me he’s ranked 44th in my toughest cats League he’s ranked 79th in the content creators League which is is a points

League I mean aalii is a must start every weekend Topline Center top power play option 13 Power Play points on the season he is a very good option this weekend at number five Tom Wilson incredible shot volume incredible hit volume great deployment on the first

Line and first Power Play he is a hot option this weekend if you’re lucky and he’s on your waiver wire speaking of big guys we have Adam fantilli who’s back on the list he sent the first line with Johnny hocky but now plays pp2 number seven Braden Shen has been kind of cold

Lately going pointless in the last seven games but his ability to shoot hit win face off makes him a great fantasy player even if he’s a streaky one he’s still on the pp1 and I love the captain to break the slump this weekend we also have gust of Nyquist that went from

Being a great under 5% rostered player to a great under 10% rostered player he is cemented on the Predators first line and top power play unit he doesn’t get the pffs but he’s always a boom candidate offensively at number nine Sam Bennett rare Center that both hits and shoots

Pp2 utilization an extra perk of owning s benett plays with Matthew kachuck at number 10 Blake wheeler he was a streaming hit last weekend he got four points in the last three games alongside zaban NAD and Chris krider on the top line he also plays pp2 his teammate lafer also plays

Pp2 with him and is right behind him on the dep chart on the second line he plays with timy panarin and troch every night and just got out of a slump we also have two Russians from Columbus Yar shikov and kirel marenko who remember when shikov got drafted in the first

Round and everybody had questions about that pick the beginning of his career has been kind of slow but he’s finally breaking out this year having already beat his career best he’s up to nine goals six assists 15 points and 24 games uh he had 12 points in 10 games in the

AHL this year and last year combined right now he is on the pp1 he plays on the second line with fellow Russians marenko and voronov speaking of marenko the sniper is up to 13 goals this season he has tremendous shot volume and they are both decent options for this week

Colton sissons at 13 what a consistent player the short-handed specialist has been so good all around that he now has a place on the pp1 in Nashville he’s up to 19 points with 58 shots and 50 hits at 14 we have a couple of Toronto Maple Leafs swinger Matthew nice Tyler berzi

They complete Mitch Marner Austin Matthews John Tavarez William neander they are well surrounded and can explode at any time the problem here remains consistency big Boomer bus for both Leaf player and if I had to pick a devil’s player just to put a devil’s player out there it would be Dawson Mercer third

Line pp2 definitely only for deeper leagues now for the Friday and Sunday section we have eight teams as well we have the Anaheim Ducks the Colorado Avalanche the Dallas Stars the Detroit Red Wings the New York Islanders the Ottawa Senators and the Philadelphia fers we’ll start with the gem of the

Week Josh Norris writing a five-game goal streak and this guy’s got goals in seven of the last nine games he’s centering the first line and centering the pp1 in Ottawa and he definitely is my pick of the week at number two Matt Jan I streamed Jan a long time ago and

He hasn’t left my team since so consistent Center and right wing so you have room to maneuver him he’s been amazing recently five goals seven assist 12 points in the last nine games at number three is shanu CS got goals in the backto back last weekend and I can

See him get productive again this weekend against teams like Seattle and Calgary Philadelphia should get on the scoreboard his teammate Owen tippet finally started throwing the body around in December his peripherals have been amazing shots hits consistent offensive production makes him a golden stream always uh Tyler sigang is the robin to

Jan’s Batman he had his five game point streak snapped last Saturday but he should get back on the scoreboard quite quickly I’m going to be honest with you guys I’m not sure where to rank the Ducks players Trevor zis has been so underwhelming at the beginning of the

Year and in his only game back yes he got the Michigan highlight re goal but he also got five shots and two hits high risk High reward when it comes to the duck split players we’ll follow up with a couple of Islanders player Anders Lee has a three-game goal streak including

Five Points Topline minutes pp2 utilization Cal pal three assists in the last three games second line minutes pp1 for palmier we also have Lucas Raymond who only has two goals since November 22nd that’s why I’m a little hesitant with him he’s also playing with two very good two-way forwards in Veno and comer

These guys are not off offensive juggernauts but Raymond remains a very good offensive young player that plays pp2 Vladimir tereno has been Boomer bust all year he sits on the second line and second power play I like tereno a lot but you never know when he’s going to be

Elite or when he’s going to be out there for a skate number 11 Jonathan D finally starting to click with Nathan mckinon on the power play I Feel Like D is a safer Boomer bus candidate at this point he’s been centering the pp1 for a couple

Weeks now he’s been hot he’s got a goal five assists six points in the last six games and he does play top six minutes at 12 we have JT Comer centering line two in Detroit sneakily still on the wings pp1 points aren’t always there but he plays above 21 minutes and he has

Good ice time Nick Felino at number 13 line one with Bard pp1 Felino was a golden streamer last week he puted two goals against St Louis and also got four hits and three blocks at 14 we have Troy Terry good shot volume maybe I should have ranked him a little higher but

Truth is I don’t trust the ducks that much and they haven’t been good to me when I call upon them Terry’s been good recently he’s got five points in the last four games another Ducks is Mason McTavish pointless in the two games since he’s been back but pointless in

The last six games games that he took a part of still on the pp1 with zis and Terry he should end his slump really soon at 16 we have Philip kurashev week after week I tell you guys that he is one of the best under 5% rostered player in fantasy unfortunately his percentage

Just keeps going down at 2% he is a bargain he’s got 19 points on the season he plays first line minutes in Chicago plays on the pp1 with Bedard just a good option guys don’t be shy and we’ll finish the segment with a bunch of Philadelphia Flyers players they are so

Deep in terms of streaming options Tyson Forester first line pp1 at the point Joel faraby three points in the last three games Morgan Frost has two goals in the last two games Bobby Brink a goal and an assist in the last two games and the best bottom six forward in the NHL

Scott lton with two points last weekend including h shots and five hits you can even add Cam Atkinson in here who’s on the pp2 but isn’t as good as the rest overall for the Saturday and Sunday segment we have a couple of Winnipeg Jets to start the list Nikolai Alex and

Gabe vardi Alex has four goals 10 points in the last five games vardi has six goals 12 points during the same stretch they’ve been absolutely incredible at number three paval zako just came back from injury he has two assists in the last three games alongside David Pastak

Of course couple of Sab Center here Casey middle stat who has seven points in the last five games although he is on the third line he centers the pp1 Dylan cousins is the center for the second line and the pp2 he’s got six points in the last five and at number five Nick

Paul who’s back on the first line with Braden point and Nikita kucherov he hasn’t lost his pp1 spot which puts him in a great spot only 22% rostered so if you’re watching this video and you have kind of a deep League this guy is the

Go-to guy at 22% you can’t go wrong with Nick Paul at number six you’re right slav kovski slav proved me right last week getting four points in the back to- back one week later he is still alongside Coffield and Suzuki he’s still gets the pp one time load him up while

He’s hot we also have Marco Rossi who’s got five goals four assists nine points in 11 games he’s the second line Center in Minnesota and he plays on the pp1 he’s been hot in December at number eight Ricard Raquel last time I said to bow on Raquel I

Flopped hard part two now byow on Raquel he plays next to Sydney Crosby and jenzel he is on the pp2 forget the beginning of the season I think the break that he had did him well he’s got two points and nine shots in the last three games since he’s been back and it

Could be a sign for things to come Riley Smith his teammate three points in the last three games better hope he gets on the scoreboard because his peripherals are really bad at number 10 Josh Anderson kept his hot streak alive four goals in the last four games we also

Have Morgan geeki that’s been playing Super well hard work pays off he still has his place on the pp1 with makavo Pastor Knack Marsha and zaka six points in the last games is Winger on the third line jvr of course power play specialist although he does his work from the pp2

Spot he has 21 points on the season and another couple of Jets player this time the second liners Cole Peretti and Alex yaalo Peretti’s been more consistent but yaalo as the spot on the pp1 and to top it off we have Shawn manahan who plays on a second line with Josh Anderson and

Plays on the pp1 in Montreal JJ J peda just missed the list his lack of peripherals scare me a little and he has started to slow down a lot uh one Oilers player to name Ryan McLoud plays on the second line with dry sidol at the moment

But the Oilers are just so bad in terms of depth that can’t really recommend anybody on that team now on to defenseman at number one we have Jake Sanderson pp1 quarterback in front of Jacob chitron he’s got four points in the last four games including two on the

Power play pavl mikov another pp1 defenseman that’s available in most leagues mikov has a goal four assist Five Points in the last six including two power plays we also have the ghost at three who did really well last weekend scoring in both games and taking advantage of the other Red Wings

Defenseman injuries playing big minutes he will resume his pp1 role and should be a good option again this weekend Brock Faber has been playing insane minutes in the absence of Spurgeon and Brodin he’s logging above 30 minutes in four of the last six games as of right

Now he is the pp1 quarterback in Minnesota and he has four points in the last four games he’s truly been incredible at number five Matia SEO not only is he a great skater but his vision with the puck and the way he’s been throwing his body around is terrific

He’s only 34 hits away from last year’s total and we’re not even halfway through the season p2d on a stacked offense count me in at number six Thomas Harley who’s been one of fantasy’s best kept secret over the month of December he spiled up six goals four assists 10

Points and 12 games since November 30th all that from the third pairing and pp2 Tory crew got 30% rostered isn’t scoring goals but but he’s always a safe streamer quarterbacking the pp1 in St Louis four assists in the last five games at number eight SE Jones and Jared

Spurgeon here’s a couple of defensemen who should make their much anticipated return soon monitor them because most likely while said Jones going back on the pp1 Spurgeon it’s left to be seen but they are two really undervalued and underrated to see defenseman uh blocking machines it’s going to be interesting to

See their deployment but make sure to check daily faceof and updates to see if they’re back and if they get power play time at number nine we have Cam Fowler who’s been good offensively he’s currently on the pp2 playing big minutes uh number 10 Neil pyun one goal two

Assists three points in the last four games nine shots and 11 hits during the same stretch that’s what you get with pan at 11 I have Kevin Kinski that’s only if SE Jones doesn’t come back this weekend and only if he doesn’t come back Kinski has some appeal he is the pp1

Defenseman while Jones is gone and he plays alongside Conor Bard at 12 we have Timothy Lil Gren Lil Gren was out for over a month but just came back and looked really sharp two assists in four games including a power play point from the pp2 and a short-handed point at five

Shots five hits and 18 blocks and it makes him a dangerous streamer if he keeps this up we also have lowkey pp2 defenseman Mike Riley with the Islanders Riley’s got two goals five assists seven points and 40 shots in 13 games this season and to complete the defenseman we

Have a trio from the Flyers of course uh RTO linean is more of a hitting blocking guy but someway somehow right now while I’m filming this he is is the pp1 defenseman sanheim is having a breakout season he’s got eight points in the last eight games played but he doesn’t play

On the power play and finally camor 13 points 61 blocks on the season currently quarterbacking the pp2 for the defenseman I’m personally fading inconsistency uh low per referals recently underwhelming defenseman as much as I can this weekend such as Owen power aus Eric gustofson Tyson Barry rasma sandine

Bowen Byron Luke Hughes these are all guys I’m fting I I want no part of it no not enough hitting not enough blocking and uh here’s four bonus defenseman for deeper leagues or cats leagues uh for this weekend Josh Manson Ivan proov David Savard who’s got three goals two

Assists in the last five games and Conor Murphy who got 15 hits and 19 blocks in the last six games now for the goalies at number one super easy Scott Wedgewood easy matchups against Chicago uh even if Tiner comes back Wedgewood should get one of the two

Games we also have Devon Levy or luk huten whoever gets Columbus at home is a golden streamer Alex Nadel kovich at home either St Louis or the Islanders Charlie lingren at New York or against the Predators at home are good matchup for Washington therefore Lind GM should

Get his fair share of saves and WS we also have James Rymer that’s a little more riskier and Simeon varlamov if he gets to play this weekend should be decent now let’s jump into the category section of the video we’ll start with the shots uh Owen tippet at 3.5 per game

Tom Wilson at three Cam Atkinson gab vardi 2.9 Sean couturier JJ pcut Josh Norris Trevor zis and Mike Riley all average 2.7 shots a game David Savard at 2.8 blocks Jake wman at 2.8 Kaden ghouly at 2.7 Conor Murphy at 2.7 Lil Gran at 2.6 and Eric God Branson at 2.5 blocks

Per game for theing department now J loone tops the list 3.5 per game Tanner janat 3.4 Colin Blackwell at 3.3 his teammate tenori 3.1 Sami Blair l Shen and kefir Sherwood average 2.9 hits a game Tom Wilson at 2.8 and Brendan Dylan at 2.7 and finally for the faceoffs

Robert Thomas averages 10.6 faceoffs O’Reilly at 10.2 Sean CER at 10 Charlie Co 9.6 Michael McLoud 9 uh je Gabrielle pajo 8.6 Adam Lowry 8.4 Nick Dow 8.4 and his teammate Dylan stro 8.1 and that’s it for today guys thank you so much for watching if you made it all the way
