Team is playing great but …
#2 Goalie situation still uncertain
the team is also healthy now (minus Jesper Fast) – will it remain that way?
80’s numbered players have largely disappeared (KK, Necas, and Turbo)
I’d be shocked if Raanta is still our #2 goalie in early March. This feels like the one time Don will be willing to pay the high price. He knows Raanta is unplayable.
At this point I don’t know what they’re going to do with Necas this summer. He was supposed to take another step forward this season and become closer to a PPG player. Instead he’s on pace for like 15 less points than last season and has been a liability on defense. KK also needs to get out of whatever he’s in or we’ll be in the 2C market again at the deadline.
I don’t wanna jinx things, but things are feeling better for the Canes. Woohooo 🙌🏾
