    What if Gruden did not wright those emails and some what who did not like Gruden went to a computer hacker or someone who knows computers and made fake Gruden emails make Gruden look bad? That would be funny if that is true and it was found out.

    Al Davis was part of the Los Angeles Chargers coaching staff 1960 birth season through 1962.
    Al Davis then left the Chargers coaching staff in 1962 to become the manager of the Oakland Raiders in 1963.
    Al Davis obviously copied the the 1960 L.A.Chargers original shield logo and added it to the Oakland Raiders pirate logo in 1963 because coincidentally the original 1960-1962 Oakland born Raiders pirate team logo didn’t have the shield logo in their original birth year of 1960–1962
    until Al Davis joined the Oakland Raiders in 1963 then added the shield logo to the pirate logo.
    Raiders copy cat shield logo but the true Original L.A.born Shield logo is the Original Los Angeles Chargers battle horse shield logo.

    It’s sad that a great HOF coach like John Gruden gets fired because in a moment of anger he said the black NFL player union representative had lips like Michelin tires 15 years ago . I think he would of been OK if he had committed murder or assault but say something that offends an African American individual your done?

    The thing that always bothers me is , lets say he is openly racist and hompohbic… then of course i wouldnt want him coach my team and probably many players would have problems with him…. but now hear me out… lets say he is privetly racist and homophobic. Like he only shows it when he has a private conversation with people who have a similiar view…. would that be bad? We dont need to be best buddies or friends with him, but its his freedom to think those things. I mean I am allowed to think things like "make up is stupid"… I know you cant compare that to racism and such but somebody would be offended by it no doubt. But as long as I dont act rude towards people who wear make up or publicy announce that I have something against them then who cares?

    Car Nassib felt comfortable enough to come out so I dont think he got the feeling that Gruden was homophobic and I bet he would have said something if Gruden reacted negativly to the news. So we know that no matter what his personal believes are he at least knew how to keep them to himself. I dont have to like him but I dont see enough to hate him.

    And of course the way it went down was complete bs but that is another story

    Imagine if everyone in the nfl personal and work emails were all on display. Half the league would be fined or fired. Stop cancelling people and start giving them a path to redemption.
