Duchene leads comeback effort in Senators’ 6-5 OT win



Matt Duchene scored one of his two goals seven seconds into overtime and added an assist as the Senators overcame a three-goal deficit to win

    Blow a lead to one of the worst teams in general: Check!
    Repeat last year's second half season choke: Check!

  3. When San Jose Sharks had a three goal lead entering the third period, I just think its game over for Ottawa Senators. But I did not really think they would comeback from a deficit like that. It felt like it came by accident. Some nhl teams trailing three goal lead can still make the comeback when entering the third period, but not many times does this happen. It took 10.5 minutes for Ottawa Senators to tie up the game after trailing 5-2 when entering the third period. I do cheer for Ottawa Senators.
