The score probably woulda been 3-1 if Kuz had played 😅
Why don’t you leave Kuzy alone . Let the guy develop into a top 6 . The contract obligations to Kuzy are only until the end of next season. Great person , happy person that wants to be here
Trade him.
Can’t say I fully agree with Franky on the Petey bit. No one is expecting him to consistently score a hat trick. However, there are too many games where he’s not impactful – little to no shooting, not setting up his teammates for opportunities, changing the course/momentum of a shift, etc.
Sure, there arent many guys who have that ability and that’s why only few get paid the $10+ mil a year, but Petey has yet to show it enough to earn that kind of $$.
Tocchet should give Kuzy more games to see if Kuzy listens. Interrupting and scratching Kuzy is not a solution unless you found a trade dance partner already for him.
