Trust me, this ain’t your average play date, Romanov can possibly be bringing Moscow teammate Alexei Marchenko, a big right-handed two-way defenceman, to the glorious city that is Montreal next season. According to multiple sources it is quite possible, and today I indulge in what Marchenko can deliver to the Hab’s core, and to Romanov’s development in the tough market. Also I’ll give a brief touch on how this can entice Kovalchuk to come back in free-agency next season!

i’ve watched most of Romanov’s games this season. Marchenko has vastly improved since his last NHL season. He’s a tank and plays a mean game. If both players join the Habs, i’ll be glad. The best possible scenario would be for both to willingly join Laval.
Can you do a video covering Alex Cotton and the incredible season he’s been having?
Could you do a video of teams prospect pools And what they should add in the draft?
Perfect! A deja vu new generation of Emelin and Markov in Montreal.
Good defence all around is the mark of a good team. If I were mb, and I am not, I would do my best to create a defence top 6 that is the best in the game, and then you will see where the HABS go
Montreal badly needs defensive depth. Like badly. Only Weber, Petry and Chiarot played consistently good this season. Mete isnt consistent at all, Kulaks decisions with the puck makes him easily replaceable, I've lost track of how many dmen have been called up cause it's either someone that needs time in the a or someone who's a career 3rd d pairing a best or is more than likely a career ahl'er.
Great video bud ! I couldn't help but laugh at your comment saying Marchenko and Romanov would have to learn French if they come to MTL thought. I am a Montreal native and trust me, hockey players do not give a fuck about learning French. Half the people in the city only speak English anyway.
Right now, Andrei Markov may not play again (his current russian team would may be not renew his contrat) and retire. Imagine if Habs hires him to develop defensemen at Montréal. That would be an another Russian in town. And everyone in Montréal respects and loves Markov.
Juulsen looked really good before those concurrent injuries. Not exactly quality info my man.
