Depending on where you are staying, I suggest you guys take the metro or the REM to reach the Bell Center. Downtown mtl is a bit of a shit show with the construction right now.

NHL should drop Chicago 6 spots in the lottery just for tanking on purpose. How in the hell is there an NHL team in 2024 who’s top scorers are Jason Dickinson and Nick Foligno. That’s an ahl team folks. Being carried by an 18 year old. If he’s even 18 yet
I'd be very happy if the Habs drafted Lindstrom. I think he'll be picked at #2
Dvo, Dach and Newhook out for awhile, its not a playoff lineup right now. As much as I like to see a nice progression and a couple nice wins, I'd rather having a top 10/ top 5 pick this year

Hey Matt, I really like your coverage and commentary on the Habs. Congrats on finally going to see them play at the Bell Center. My wife and I went Dec 7-10 for the first time, and the experience is amazing.
I recommend taking a tour of the Bell Ceter the day after the game. It's worth the price of admission. Ask to see the dressing room. As well. Visit Mount Royal 700 plus feet above the city. It's on the back of McGill University and visit old Montreal. Oh, and you have to have poutine while visiting the city. Enjoy! Go Habs Go.

Bagels (both Fairmount & At Viateur)…cheesecake… smoked meat (Do not order 'lean' because the server might mock you…They roll like that.)… poutine… All of these can be done in one afternoon. If you want more names and addresses, then just ask. There will be a metric butt ton of suggestions, but mine will be the best. 😂

The first time I went to a Habs game was in 1962. My dad brought me to a game, I was 6! I still remember, I got so excited when I saw some of my idols on the ice. In the beautiful Habs jersey, Jean Beliveau, The Pocket Rocket, Boum Boum and Claude Provost. I was equally star struck to see Bobby Hull and Stan Mikita in the beautiful Chicago jersey. The next Christmas, my parents bought me a Chicago jersey simply because I loved it so much. Enjoy your first visit at the Bell Center.
