he seems to have brought a bit of a spark to the ducks his last five games.
That win in Detroit a couple weeks ago after losing 13 out of 14 games, was impressive.
I caught some of that.
That's the game where he got 2 minutes for tripping and nearly got a goalie goal. I like this kids' hutzpah.
Based on what you've shown us, the question is why would Dostal not become the franchise goalie?

it’s insane that czechia has so many good/decent goalies in the NHL but couldn’t build 3 D pairs from all the current players. hopefully with guys like Jiricek and Jiricek or Svozil, Spacek, Cibulka and Hamara they’ll bounce back.
