  1. Kings are the worst team in the league right now hands down.

Oh? The Sharks have lost 11 straight you say? And they are firmly stapled to the bottom of the standings? Still better than the Kings. You know why? Because that Sharks team actually puts in effort. They know they're not a playoff team. They know where they are in the standings. But they STILL put in the effort each night, no matter how futile it may seem. They don't take it for granted.

The Kings on the other hand, have done nothing, but play lazy, effortless, and uninspiring hockey for the last month. They've shown no signs of competitiveness, and no eagerness to climb the standings, while basically telling every team they play against "Hey, you want a couple of points? Here. Free of charge."

This team needs a 10 game point streak to convince me that this isn't who they are, because all that confident and consistency they oozed in the first two months of the season has gone poof in the blink of an eye. I can hardly believe this is the same Kings team. They're unrecognizable, and unwatchable. I almost didn't bother putting this game on today, and now I wish I didn't. Wasted two and a half hours subjected myself to dry, and exhausting hockey.

I think I speak for most Kings fans when I say something NEEDS to change. I don't know what the issue is, but fix it. McClellan, Blake, Robataille. Do your jobs please. It hurts being a Kings fan right now.

  2. watched the game…embarrasing what kind of goals Kings are allowing…they had this game already won…but they do stupid mistakes…

  3. Kings are losing games that should have won, nobody tried to block the last shot in a waning minute resulting in the loss, but then again they would lose it in the S.O.

  4. Ah classic Queens. Choking late on in the dying seconds of a game as those L’s pile up. Oilers are back I can’t wait to send the trash Queens packing in the first round again lol

  5. When the announcer said with pride that LA was the best road team, did anyone else hear that nail go into the coffin?

  6. Kings'll be outta the playoff picture by March, taken out by the soilers.

Shoulda never got rid of Iafallo/Villardi ¯_(ツ)_/¯

  7. I don't know. I can't post my comment. L.A Kings spiral downward at the wrong time. On the other hand, Oilers are getting closer to the Kings in the Standings. If the Kings miss the playoffs this year, Todd McClellan will be terminated, and Pierre Luc-Dubois might demand for trade after 2 years with the Kings.

  8. LA will be lucky to clinch a Wild Card spot if they keep playing like this.

Vancouver can’t seem to lose, Vegas is Vegas, and Edmonton is on an absolute heater ever since they fired Woodcroft.
