He needs to take a pay cut since he was crap all year. I thought Levon Bell was running instead of jacobs. Offer the ten million and incentives. If he says no let him go and draft a hungry rb in the draft. Horrible year. He cost the raiders 4 or 5 wins because the opposition only had to T off on the qb. No running game they only had to focus on the passing game.
