So no idea why it was showing NO background for the first 5 minutes… On our end it showed FRIDAYS background before I changed it. But it's just black until until about the 5 minute mark now. Weird.

Outplayed??? Maybe at times, how can they be outplayed the whole game? 3 goals, 3 goal posts, Kane chance alone, a few odd man rushes., other high quality chances. Didn't the Wings win? Didn't Lyons outplay the Ducks goalie? Maybe they should get outplayed more often if they end up winning the game.

I was at the game, we were def not outplayed. Outshot yes, but we had many many good chances, hit the post multiple times and forced dostal to make some good saves. We just have to be more clinical on net.

Lyon in net changes the way the team plays. It’s kind of interesting they give up less high danger chances when he’s in net. It shows how much confidence and calm a reliable goaltender can give a team. It makes you wonder as I’ve said before. I believe we’d have 4-6 more points if we started Lyon sooner.

Watching Gudas brutally maul our boys was bittersweet. I was hoping we'd grab him last offseason instead of Holl/Petry, because sometimes you need an animal to strike fear in the competition.
"Laid out Larkin" is getting to be his nickname at this point. Whats it gonna take? A cross check to the back that injuries his spine and puts him in a wheelchair til the league is held accountable?
The league is inviting player retaliation by their failure to address issues with officiating and in the DoPS.

Lyon is their MVP right now. He earned that #1 on this trip. Amazing what good goaltending can do for a team when they get it every night.
It did not seem to me that the Wings were outplayed but were out hustled at times. They hit the goal posts at least three times but unfortunately quiite a few of their shots just missed the net. Both goalies played good netminding but Lyon made quite a few great saves. The Wings cannot have guys like Larkin knocked to the ice. There is a need for more toughness to counter some of the antics of other teams goons.

Unfortunately I missed most of the game after spraining my shoulder playing hockey, but got home just in time to see the Moose score which was so nice. Also trying to not spend money and buy a Lyon jersey 😂
