The leafs roster construction is so weird. They could either be cup contenders, or be a first round exit. Their D core and goaltending might show they are nowhere close to good enough, which to me seems more likely than them being contenders
Leafs play without a strategy and the teamwork is lower than other teams. The chance of their winning is low.

Leafs fans should know that NO team has ever won the cup with 3 players taking up so much of the salary.. next year they will have 4 that cost even more of the salary. Leaf fans just be happy knowing that if you win the cup next year it'll be the first time not only 3 players taking up so much of the salary won, but also the first time that 4 did it while taking up even more
Fun fact : The moon landing is more recent than the last time the Leafs won a Stanley Cup.
