Leafs find themselves in 3rd place in the division. Their usual do the bare minimum and lack of consistent game effort just wasn't enough, now they need to bare down even against the bottom dwellers.
As a leafs fan, it's so nice to see them winning games they should. Very rare do we see the elite team show up against the lower teams. This is how we catch boston
The league seems determined to give leafs as many power plays as possible, until the playoffs anyway. 5 on 5 they won’t win a series as they will need 4 good lines to win. 55 million per annum for 5 players is hilarious in this capped league.
