  1. Had some rendering problems that I didn't realize until far too late on the last upload of this video that ended up with the final file having no audio. That's my bad. My apologies.

  2. They’re doing it right this time. Get a really experienced guy to run things and let him train his replacement. No more on the job training and newbies. Stan Smyl or the Sedins would make really good GMs in the future when they’re ready.

  3. i dont think gillis should even be in conversation, if you did want a returning gm it should be nonis, he traded for and built the team around luongo . the sedins i dont want them ending up being booed like benning was. bergevin has a knock on him for always having small forwards and team until he brought in bigger dmen and anderson because fans complaints. let rutherford run the ship until doors open up.

  4. George McPhees name popped up as a possibility for a GM job as well! There was talks that he wants to return as a GM in the NHL again at some point. and McPhee dose have ties to Vancouver Canucks Pat Quinn & Bruce Boudreau.

  5. GM JR will bleed your team dry. The Pens have NO prospects in the pipeline and the cupboard is bare. Get ready if he starts making trades. Good luck Canuckleheads!

  6. President of hockey ops? Sounds like the Habs lol! Take MB and also he can hire DD and Burrows … a former Canuck !

  7. My thought is to trust Jim Rutherford to make the choice of Gm, but I hope it is not Bergevin

  8. They have a good coach and president why even contemplate Marc or Mike that would be self destructive. Mike's record is as bad or worse than Benning. Marc has not shown me much at all. The Sedins first job would be recruiting a playable goon and two big D men. They look at their own career where they had no protection.

  9. Rutherford certainly knows a lot of people throughout the league. Hope he is able to receive input from those around him including Stan Smyl. New Era indeed, Canucks have never had such level of experience and talent in managing roles.

  10. No Sedins… They are heroes and you can't fire heroes !
    * How about Dale Tallon, X Vancouver player And builder of the Blackhawks 1st Stanley cup *

  11. I don't want Marc or sedins it is too early for them in that role yet and I wouldn't mind Gilles and Lawrence for this role mike did build the Canucks for the 2011 cup final run and I'm open to that if it's ok with Bruce Boudreau and his coaching staff
    GO CANUCKS GO
    YEA BABY

  12. I want Mike Gillis. Best GM of the Canucks IMO despite the downfall. But seriously, who else got us the presidents
Cup and brought us to the final in the same year?
