Scott Laughton and Sidney Crosby came together in the neutral zone away from the puck, with Crosby getting the worst of it. Was this a full accident or was it more accidentally on purpose? Have your say!
Crosby clocks him coming back up before looking back to the D for the play. He knows he’s not eligible to be hit so he doesn’t need to look back, meanwhile Laughton changes his angle into Crosby’s lane and then leans into Crosby while looking right at him when they get contact. It’s a blatant interference penalty.
Crosby seemingly looks at Laughton then turns into Laughton's path. Crosby looks towards Laughton again while making the turn. I would have called the interference on Crosby until Laughton turns into Crosby to make the check. At that point they are both at fault and I would call nothing.

incidental contact, I think Laughton is bracing for impact. Good not calling anything here imo

Laughton is tracking the puck. He's anticipating a cross-ice pass by the d-man. The timing and position of both players is unfortunate, nothing more.
Holy crap. He saw him coming from far off. Very easy to avoid him. Steps into it. Totally unnecessary and dangerous play.
DARN NEAR KNOCKED CROSBY OUT OF HIS PINK WOMENS UNDERWEAR !!! #35
Incidental contact. Laughton playing the puck position on the cross-ice. He's got a right to that ice as much as Crosby does
