  1. Most people agreed that Reinbacher has a low ceiling with a high floor. The problem with taking a player like that so high is if they don't sniff that ceiling and barely reach their floor, it's going to make it look like the wrong pick.

The seider comparison was and has always been silly. Reinbacher isn't that physically dominating.

A Reinbacher to miro comparison is even more ridiculous.

I'll never say he will be a bust cause I'm not a psychic, but i will say you're playing with fire if this is the type of player you're using your high draft picks on.

  2. This may not be, as far fetched as it will initially sound, but does anyone believe that the vice-like grip, that Montreal has on this kid, could be the result of AI-driven future analytical results? Not your typical “best guess” from a human being, but rather, a new model that fully eliminates…..guessing.

  3. Cant believe they passed on Michkov

No matter who the Habs have at the helm they will never be a winning franchise because of things like that

  4. To put it really somply, the Habs have one of the weakest trios in the whole NHL. Our best scorer is Suzuki who is 65th in the lesgue. The habs have been lacking offensive talent for the last 20 years. Everyone, including the Habs management know that it was a mistake to chose Reinbacker over all the super talented players available. But they can't say it, so they continue praising Reinbacker to save face. Montreal media and sport journalists received the memo to do the same. I am waiting for the Quebec Nordiques to come back.

  5. Is Kent the God the media made him out to be??? I don't think so. He swung and missed with Slafskovsky, should have taken Michkoc and should have accepted the trade for Gauthier. This kid will be a star. Nope, I'm not a Kent fan.
