Personally as much as I think zegras is an amazing player I don't see him fitting well in montreal but I could easily be wrong about that
As a Habs fan… NO THANK YOU. Zegras is flash & dash. He doesn't have the tenacity or defensive awareness required to be a winner. I'd rather have a better 2-way youngster than a Michigan goal and contract hold out every 2 years.

Dallas
Columbus
Washington
Highly doubt he stays in pacific division
I’d give the Ducks a 7th round pick in 2045 for Zegras. With the Ducks retaining 50% salary lol
I like the Russian from the Canucks that Tocchet wants to get rid of better. Montreal does need a center, though

I'd avoid other teams pouting prospects. Zegras after two 60+ point seasons is happily playing his way out of Anaheim. He's making 5.75 million for three more years. Don't trade anything of value for him. If they will take Anderson or Gallagher and a failed depth prospect jump at it.

Devils fan here, our teams transparency with injuries is god-awful. They tell us absolutely nothing ZERO, half of the injuries we don’t even know what they are even when they come back

Fans saying no to Zegras are absolutely delusional. We would get LUCKY to have him. Fans want talented players in MTL but at the same time allergic to talented players.
montreal is not getting zegras for nothing and thats their gms plan something for nothing so i dont see it going down
