I couldn’t agree more, the NHL has been so inconsistent with who, what teams, they care about. As mentioned previously, if 97 were Bedard, Dillion sits four games. Bringing up Raska ( he had a strong game Saturday ) is a great call up. Tampa was really taking liberties on Thursday knowing the Wild had rookies and a smaller lineup. If the league wants that type of play, agreed, do what you need to do. Seeing some of the comments from the Jets fans saying the Wild are a dirty team, the truth is in the eye of the beholder I guess. Losing 97 back to back games in Winnipeg on cheap shots is brutal. Zuccarello had one of his best games ever, I didn’t realize how much he is valued until he came back without 97 and the line flourished again. Wallstedt getting called up, love it, it’s time as 29 can’t go every night. Split with Dallas, grab a point from Philly and take down AZ, 5 out of 8.

I dont understand the reluctance to shoot. Dont some of these guys want to get points? thats why you win shot and score. too much looking for a perfect play. have to shoot when not expected.

They actually called up Wally? Freaking terrible idea in this stage of his career. Wild brass clearly needs another serious overhaul, because they are asking for nothing but TROUBLE with this crap. Mark my words, this won't end well.
What I think happened is this: They started Fleury at home against CBJ, which great, he ties Roy! awesome! Well, they didn't plan for the game against the Stars, CLEARLY. They're probably saying, "Well, Fleury is burnt out now and MacIntyre isn't good enough to play against the Stars, so now we HAVE TO play Wally". This is piss-poor management if you ask me, and after it ends poorly, I'm calling for heads.
